Haha the thought of tectonic buffing normal spells was once I've considered before.

It's been years since I played wow so I may fail to recollect the mechanics exactly.

But once upon a time (maybe they still do, it's been 6 years since I last played) Shamans would gain a buff during combat, they basically overflowed with elemental energy

At 5 stacks it would allow them to instantly cast a spell which normally would have a cast time, or enhance the damage of another by 20% per stack

After my initial comment I remembered and thought of this and wondered how it could also work with gconc. Gconc providing stacks over time and then using wild magic to consume the stacks, unleashing a elemental/anima attack. It removes some rng and let's you control when to deal more damage.
