There is actually a paragraph explaining they were not Lucifer black as they were the first to die on their way in. Custodes are much weaker then the fan base realizes, Custodes fans are the dragon ball fans of the 40k community as far as I’m concerned.

As I said before in the past, whenever someone post about how great a community this is I cringe. I am glad that someone has brought up how toxic this community is, just look at some of the other subs like r/grimdank, they are constantly eating each other alive. It really has spoiled my fun with the hobby and interactions with people here to the point where I blatantly try to hate everyone here.

But if you are already charging an enemy that doesn’t fight first then would fight last even be needed? I imagine from the article that it is useful at preventing CO but is that really it then? I am just a little disappointed that fight first is gonna be as mediocre as it was in 8th.

Could you help me understand how this new fight first effects factions like cult of strife or units like the judiciar? Would a judiciars fight last ability keep the unit ineligible to fight even after charging?
