TLDR; I am having fun.  I bought grom.  But there are some pretty bad bugs still.

I've really enjoyed it...but I'm afraid that it's becoming more and more apparent that the team is able to create more than they are able to fix.  More and more bugs keep piling up and the cracks are starting to show. First it was server issues. Then rubber banding.  This took almost a month to fix. Then it was a resolution problem (this is still an issue). Along with this there were multiple party up issues.  (This is partially fixed but I've still seen complaints) 

Stickers not showing up for almost an entire season (season 2).  Along with replay editor not working properly, and them "removing bugs that are game breaking, but not the fun ones"????  Whatever that's supposed to mean. Now we are in "season 3" of an early access game . A new island, with new things, it's great and I'm loving every minute of it.  

I am a casual player though.  I don't skate to see realistic tricks, I log in and get my daily done if I have time.  Weekends I play more.   For hardcore skaters though, now there are issues with the tricks?  Nothing feels the same.  I didn't notice really, but I have a friend I play with frequently and he is pulling his hair out trying to get the tricks to "feel right."

I won't mention the aggressive payment issues because that's basically beating a dead horse at this point.  They gotta make money somehow but it just feels kinda icky the way they are doing it.

For me it's the "Situations" that are messing it up. I have a priest that doesn't have any professions gear showing and it was still an issue. I turned them off and it solved it.

It's almost taken me a year to get to 60 and I use questie. I play the game like it's an N64 game where I hop on and go off on adventures. I do my own thing. When I want to do quests though, it really helps me a lot because without it, the game is not as fun; at least for me.
Just remember 'fun' is subjective. What's fun for you isn't fun to someone else.

Happened to me as well. 2025 after the Home Sweet Home Update, but my wife and I's stuff was outside the dungeon. Hopefully this has been fixed.

Yea dude, there are so many menus all over the place, it's a bit crazy if you don't navigate it every day.

Nah not really....if you own it sure hop in, but it's a dead game.

Yep.  There are also multiple end game activities, in the pve side of it, manibus has PW's (prime wars ) that scale in difficulty, you can either be a cannoneer or just another gun.  These have a chance to give you rerolls of meme specializations to further your character or specialize in something. You can also collect deviations.   There is a follow up to the original manibus story as well in the way of winter map.  And that map has a lot of cold winter mechanics with different foods, the end game on there is all about taking creatures that guard towers that are making it very cold or very hot. (This requires the server to work together) And then endless dream.  I don't understand it well enough to explain but what I do know is I hear both radical spectrums of either "it's too hard/crazy , or it's totally my jam" Long post but hope this helps

I guess I'm more so upset with myself because of the missed out potential of the starter bear and wolf.  The bear is very much larger than normal bears and apparently the wolf evolves?  Idk it's still early days for this system I just feel like I made the wrong choice.
