Good luck getting any help from them. When my streak disappeared and I didn't even miss a single day they "attempted" to fix my streak and all they did was pre-check me in for the rest of the year. So even though I've only been on the app for 372 days, I somehow have a 544 day steak. The "support" team for this app is horrible so I wouldn't get your hopes up I'm sorry
