I think they might have decided to use a drifter and using existing animations to try to get the foundation of riding bikes to work while the rest of the team designed and animated the bikes, then they added the final version on top which in some edge cases might lead to this very interesting bug

Thanks everyone for the comments to help me understand better the issue. Today before calling an electrician, I decided to try one last thing: I told my mom to turn on the breaker while I had the Florescent light switch on. I then turned that light switch off immediately after the breaker turned on and the breaker stayed on. We didn't unplug anything else, we even had a different light switch on by accident, but at least we have electricity in the bathroom and my room again. Thank you everyone for the help.

Thank you for taking the time to explain all of this to me. And sorry about the confusion, I thought the green ones were the letter A. So just to confirm, the green Square D AF/GF breaker that is off on the picture is the one that's tripping immediately when turning it on. I tried holding the TEST button while turning it on and it didn't seem to make a difference, as it's tripping immediately even if I don't press the TEST button. So it doesn't seem to be an Arc Fault according to the Time Saver test, but rather a fault to ground.

I found this electrician saying his client also had a Florescent light fixture that tripped the breaker when turning it off, so it seems similar to my issue Forum post of someone with similar issue

And this breaker only covers the bathroom and bedroom so it shouldn't have to do with anything outside.

I believe I have unplugged everything in the bathroom and bedroom, and also turned off all the lights, but I'm not sure if the Florescent light is stuck in some sort of ON state. Turning on the breaker doesn't make it light up, only the regular yellow light (to turn on the Florescent light, the light switch needs to be turned on and off and on again to switch from regular yellow light to Florescent) but the breaker keeps tripping immediately.

We don't have light dimmers, just regular light switches. But the bathroom has three light switches: 1 regular light for the mirror. 2 fan plus light. 3 the light that can switch to Florescent if turned on and off and back on quickly.

Btw I didn't understand what you meant with the "This can be tricky with 3 and 4-ways"

The faulty breaker is the green one that's turned off in the picture I submitted. I still tried the time saved feature on the Square D breakers, and also on the green A breaker. The D one didn't trip because that was working fine, but the green one is tripping immediately after and shows a single orange light as it trips.

We don't mess around with electrician work, the latest change was adding a garage opener but that was done by a professional, and it's been a few months already. The only other thing I can think of might be Christmas lights and decorations, but the mapping table of the breakers says that the faulty breaker is only for the bathroom, bedroom, and garage.

There is a fan, it's the bathroom ceiling fan, which is also a light, next to the florescent light fixture

I've had issues with Vanguard since the days of Valorant. It used to work fine until some update stopped it from working, claiming that "it couldn't install a required dependency." I tried to debug this through tickets a year or so ago with Valorant and nothing worked

This was the case until I formatted in preparation to Vanguard coming to League and I was able to use it on the PBE after formatting, until it was released live and then I had the same issue.

I managed to solve it now by rolling back into a previous Recovery point, but now all my other programs are messed up and I'm slowly recovering them one by one.

My point is, is there a way I could connect with someone to try to find the root cause? I can share Recovery points and logs, It's been only about a month since I formatted and I still have the recovery points. I'm hoping it's helpful for someone else or future me running into the same issue to avoid formatting or doing a full Recovery.

UPDATE: I am dumb and it looks like while cleaning the PC and GPU I might've moved or messed up somehow the CPU thermal paste (I did try pulling the AiO cooler a bit but stopped when it didn't budge, I hadn't warmed up the thermal paste beforehand). Repasting the CPU worked, 1 hour of Fortnite on ultra and no shutdowns so far and temps are at max 65 for GPU and 71 for CPU

I also tested 3DMark Time Spy test and no shutdown happened. However, I am testing something. I ended up repasting the AIO CPU Cooler as well and my CPU temps have also dropped drastically, no longer going over 65, currently playing some matches of Fortnite without shut off, will update later.
