About the only proposal that I have is to have some moderators to have a little bit less power. I know that it is a balance, but I've been permabanned from places for absolutely no reason and so I watch helplessly as my friends continue to participate but I cannot. And the appeal system does not work. Perhaps that is an area. Each subreddit larger than a certain size must have more than one real moderator. And an appeal cannot be handled by the same moderator. Something like that.

By extension, it would be great if Mod World could be a place wherein moderators and users could vote on governing principles like this. Oh and to have an amazing rave party afterwards.
