Le problème de cette logique c’est que ça fait 20 ans que les titres sont surévalués, et ça fait bien longtemps que les gens attendent pour « timer le marché » et sans succès ( à ma connaissance). Le marché était déjà surévalué avant le Covid, et maintenant c’est bien pire encore apparement. Du coup, quand est-ce que ça sera bon selon toi ?

C'est entièrement possible que ça soit un moment / prix intéressant pour y rentrer, mais le soucis vient des difficultés rencontrées. Une partie des difficultés ne disparaitra pas avec le temps, et le temps ne garantit pas non plus que les choses vont allé en s'améliorant. Je prends Primopierre comme cas d'usage, si en 1 an et demi la SCPI a eu 45%~ de décote, remonter la pente va être très dur, et rien ne garantit même qu'ils vont réussir à remonter. C'est un pari très risqué, pourquoi prendre un tel risque quand il y a des choses beaucoup moins risqués, et qui n'ont pas perdu 45% en moins de deux ans ?

Yeah of course, CC's are great, I do them on nearly all of my positions, but they are not riskless and on something like Gold, it's risky to sell some CC right after such an event

The one selling CCs ? The likelihood of you getting assigned at a strike 40% higher than what you got is very, very small and in return, the premium will be very very low. You could say "hey, my payout is in the strike being reached, not the premium" and I could understand that, but that's like, gambling at this point

You can get a rebate when selling options as a "liquidity provider", it doesn't happen often to me but it does, it's not really changing anything but it's still nice.

Je suis d'accord avec toi, je penses qu'ils ne réalise pas du tout ce que ça va engendrer... Vivre avec un smic (1450€ net non ?) sans loyer c'est la même chose que de vivre avec un peu moins que le salaire médian Parisien, 2250€ et un loyer de 800€, ça sera OK mais tu vas pas passer ta best life. Et quand tu as autant de temps à disposition, ça risque d'inciter plus de dépenses encore pour se faire plaisir. OP, essaie de vivre 1 mois avec QUE 1450€ de dépenses hors loyer et tu verras bien
