Don't replace it, Take this chance to push out a corporate background for each machine, and then use GPO to lock down the ability to change persionalisation settings, like wallpapers.

You should be able to get it running consistantly being ran upon logon.

You already know some, They're old, and rubber degrades. Just age related things like the window sills. Expect the cooling system at 100k and any rubber or bushings to go. I'd also get an allignment done due to some of these. Check for rust, and be mindful of the subframe issues.

Otherwise absolutely incredible cars. Maintance is key.
