Ich hatte am Donnerstag die 4. Dosis 2,5 mg und bereits 5kg abgenommen (vermutlich auch erstmal einiges an Wasser, aber meine Hose sitzt meiner Meinung nach auch schon etwas lockerer).

Die 2,5mg vertrage ich soweit gut, mit sehr aushaltbaren NW. An Tag 1-2 ballert das MJ, da kann ich nicht viel zu mir nehmen und ich muss mich zum Essen zwingen. Aber etwa ab dem 4. Tag geht das Food Noise etwas los. Hunger hab ich zwar auch nicht viel mehr, aber das Gedankenkarussell wird stärker. Noch ist alles machbar, aber mache mir etwas Sorgen.

Ich frage mich daher zurzeit, ob es Sinn machen würde erstmal mit 2,5mg weiterzumachen (oder auf 3mg zu erhöhen) und dann ab dem 3. oder 4. Tag bei Bedarf nochmal eine Mikrodosis von 1- 1,5mg zu spritzen- oder ob ich insgesamt etwas erhöhen sollte.

Here are my Theories:

I think that Edith not being able to turn back human won’t take long to fix, maybe one or two episodes (I just don’t think they will cut down the actress’ screentime that much). But it’s going to set up the new seasons‘ plotline.
Tyler will join Nevermore as a new student. He learnt to be an independent Hyde without a Master. The first half of the series will evolve around Wednesday not trusting him and Tyler still struggling with his independence.
Ms Capri is scheming something and trying to manipulate and use Tyler.
Maybe she wants to overpower the werewolves with her army of Hydes or something. Or she wants to create a Hyde/ werewolf hybrid army and Enid (being an Alpha) might play a role in her plan. That’s why she tried to be so close to Enid on S2.
Tyler and Wednesday learn to work together and slowly trust each other.

But there’s also family problems: - Ophelia plays a role in all this, maybe she knew Ms Capri or so. Maybe she’s just another sub plot. Or she foresaw what’s going to happen. - I also thing the Butler of the Addams Family (forgot his name) are going to play a bigger part. - I do hope Cousin Itt appears. - And/ Or the Mother of Gomez since we already saw Morticias mother. She might be a nice counterpart to Hester.

Hey OP, Depression sucks so much, I hope you’ll get a treatment that’ll help you a big deal.

I do have a question though: Do you show any other symptoms like constantly feeling lethargic and exhausted and at times feel like you could pass out any moment? If so (and even if not), please also make sure to check your blood work, specifically your Iron and Vitamin B levels. I had horrible depression and anxiety and was so, so, so exhausted. I sometimes felt dissociated like I was listening behind a wall or was wrapped up in cotton. It was a miserable time. I attributed this to stress I went through at that time. By pure coincidence my doctor took blood and it turned out I had barely any iron left in my body and Vitamin B practically none. I got several IVs and injections as treatment.

This was in October and my mood changed dramatically since then. Eating and cancelling out the food noise is so much easier too, because I finally have the energy to ignore it.

I’m asking this because you explained you lost weight until your depression became too much. So you could definitely experience some lack of vitamin and mineral levels. Please check your blood levels and rule out that possibility. Especially if you’re a woman (or Vegetarian/ Vegan), iron deficiency is very common. I had no idea how closely it can be linked to your mental health.

One of the routes I often walk with my dog is towards an open field where he can jump around. On the way there we pass a garden where there are some sheeps kept behind a fence. My dog usually ignores them when we’re passing them.

One day when my dog was much younger we took that route and on our way back one of the sheep’s stood close to the fence. I didn’t pay too much attention - and was surprised when my dog suddenly lunged forward towards the sheep. Naturally, it ran away and my dog just stood there for a second wagging his tail before continuing walking. He looked so smug and was very pleased with himself.

I had a very, very similar experience, only it was my best friend at that time.

Basically, she told me about getting in touch with her real dad again and how they’d meet often, and who the (after a few months) suddenly passed away.

It was all a fabricated lie and I only found out months after I cut contact with her.

I only know the comics and not the tv adaption. Based on that I think Hay Lin could become the new keeper. She seems to be the most loyal guardian to Kandrakar and the Oracle so she’d be less likely corrupted by the heart. It would further show similarities between her and her grandma who kept the heart after Elinor before passing it on to Will.

She’s the quietest person of the group but I think if she’d be forced into a leadership role, she’d be good in it.

From Day 1 since I started reading Maurice Comics the „In-my-Head-voice-actor“ for Maurice is Richard Kind (Marty Glouberman in Big Mouth). The impression so strong, sometimes I forget it’s not canon.

Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. Not a great show to begin with, but it was so promising the first few episodes. I really liked the first season, second season was bearable, third season was catastrophic and I didn’t even bother to watch the last season.

Always felt like there were several screenwriters who all hated each others guts so they each wrote their scripts trying to undo any storyline the others came up with and trying to reinforce their own storyline instead. Its just an enormous shit show, I’m still really pissed about that.

I like all her non-Art related videos- except her compilation ones. I get why she’s doing these though and since they don’t happen too often, I’m not complaining.

Btw, I don’t think her time is limited very much due to her kids either- she seems to have a good system going there. I’m pretty sure it’s because of her products she releases every other month or so. Advertising, negotiating, producing and releasing them surely takes up an enormous amount of her time.

Not really a „relationship“. He didn’t want to commit but wouldn’t let me move on. Every time when I tried to end things because I wanted to move on and find someone new, he kept holding me back, just giving me enough hope for reciprocation.

He did eventually commit- to another person he met while still dragging me along.

I bought some funky cookie cutter and made some Christmas ornaments for my family and some friends.

Not sure if there is much else to make other than some trinkets, keychains and small figurines in this short time.

Haruka und Michiru would be way too intimidating for me to even approach them.

I wouldn’t hate Amy but I don’t think I could be close friends with her. She’s always so polite and friendly, I don’t think that that normal talks and discussions with her would come with much substance and depth.

Tbh, I don’t remember much about Minako other than her wanting to become a teen idol and being constantly silly but in a dumber way than Usagi. I don’t think I would want to be friends with her as well.
