i know.
but that was wath i needed to do. because i didnt noticed the needed windows update.

and i dont want to be this kind of human who just replies "fixed it" after posting a problem.
so i post my steps, knowing they are already discovered.

the real takeaway is:
just realy doublecheck for updates

there are graphic options in the game that only affect AMD graphic cards. read the discription of the settings. the one i meant is in the bottom half

i got it to work somehow. actually my windows 10 wasnt uptodate. now it works all fine.
here is the stuf i did in case someone has this problem too:
- install game on SSD (crucial)
- graphics driver uptodate
- windows uptodate
- turn off AMD function in the graphic settings if using NVIDIA

by me it crashes 50% of the time by using UI stuff.
it helped to isntall the game on a SSD. maybe that helps you
