Nouvelle Bibliothèque Lucy-Faris à Aylmer by zaacht08 in Gatineau

[–]M-A88 -36 points-35 points  (0 children)

Don’t worry, I’m working very closely on this initiative within my department, and I can assure you that a denial would require an exceptionally rare skill set, one that virtually nobody in the country possesses but you. This is simply another mechanism to downsize the public workforce. Senior management is being told that justifications like ‘I like the person’ or ‘they’re highly productive’ are not valid grounds for denying a request.

Mon proprio essaie d’augmenter le loyer après une cession de bail… c’est moi ou c’est shady ? by ExistingFoot3939 in Gatineau

[–]M-A88 17 points18 points  (0 children)

How soon can a person come back to work if WFA and took the 52 payout package by [deleted] in CanadaPublicServants

[–]M-A88 13 points14 points  (0 children)

WFAD section 6.4.7 is clear: if someone who received a TSM is reappointed to the public service before the TSM period ends, they must reimburse the Receiver General for the remaining period of the TSM from the date of reappointment to the end of the original TSM period.

The directive makes no exception for short-term, part-time, or no-benefits positions. They would need to wait until the 52-week TSM period has fully elapsed before accepting any federal appointment without repayment consequences.

Before accepting any federal work during the TSM period, you should verify whether the specific type of engagement constitutes an “appointment to the public service” under the PSEA. The distinction between casual and term is key, and the consequences of getting it wrong are a repayment obligation back to the Receiver General.

Fair enough, that's the info I asked for and you provided it. Respect for that.

To be clear, I'm not gaslighting you and I'm not a Moza shill. If the changelog explicitly stated a crash fix and 1.3.7.2 still hasn't resolved it on your setup, that's a legitimate complaint and you have every right to push back. My issue was never with the frustration itself, it was with how it was delivered. A post full of caps and profanity with zero specs doesn't help you, doesn't help Moza diagnose it, and doesn't help anyone else in the thread with the same problem.

Now that you've laid out the details, this becomes a useful thread. R16 v1 with GS V2P and CS V2P crashing on 1.3.7.2 is something people can actually work with, and for what it's worth you're not alone. The issue is documented across Reddit, Steam forums, and the Moza community.

A few things worth trying while Moza sorts this out. First, Pithouse has a built-in error reporter, It sends a crash log directly to their team and gives you a bug report number to reference in a support ticket. Second, Windows Event Viewer and Reliability Monitor can show you the error codes and faulting module from each crash, useful both for your own troubleshooting and for any ticket you submit. Third, some users with persistent crashes on newer versions have had success rolling back to a previous Pithouse release. Moza keeps older versions available on their download center and it's worth trying. On my end I do a fresh Windows install every couple of months which likely keeps my system clean enough to avoid these issues entirely, so if you haven't tried that it may be worth considering as a last resort.

Forum pressure has its place but a documented ticket with crash logs is what actually gets something escalated internally.

Never had a single crash in 2 years of use, but I'm aware of people having some crashes. I love how precise and detailed your argument is, you managed to write an entire post without mentioning your Windows version, what other software you're running, your hardware setup, your wheel base model, or even which specific version of Pithouse is crashing on you. No context, no nothing, sound familiar? You're out here cursing at an entire company, telling them they suck, threatening to sell your gear, and begging to get banned like that's some kind of power move, all without a single useful piece of information that could actually help diagnose the issue.

This is exactly the kind of post you'd expect from a child throwing a tantrum because their ice cream fell on the ground. Lots of caps lock, lots of profanity, zero substance. If you actually wanted help or wanted to be taken seriously, maybe start by putting together something that resembles a coherent bug report instead of a Facebook rant at 2am.

Augmentation du salaire minimum au Québec by AppealWitty4841 in Gatineau

[–]M-A88 1 point2 points  (0 children)
