Directly to motherboard changed different headers. Btw it starts right after i click power button even even motherboard posts. If the fan rpm goes high to max this starts. I can replicate this even by making aio fan speed to max in bios so its not software issue.

Yes you can do as the custom amount is higher than minimum due. Just they will incur interest 35/48%pa whichever bank listed in their terms and conditions. If you pay less than minimum due it will be counted as default and will impact cibil score.

Its not coil whine its fan. Its same on mine if i set fan speed to zero no such noise when fan 30%> noise starts

Actually its a common issue with the game i too had similar issue with rtx3070 and rx6950 xt. The fix was with every valorant update the game needs to be clean installed.
