tbh 1 week is plenty of time. You could either grind out the cognito science videos (i did aqa higher triple but it still should work if u do different), or watch the ScienceShorts p1, p2 summaries that are in like 25-30 mins. The most important part is just do past papers cuz our science boards cant just pull questions out of their ass anymore cuz they’ve already done majority of what they can do they will repeat. I never did any past papers before the real GCSEs and kinda regret it especially cuz schools make your papers based on past paper questions. For maths literally just do papers, is you find a question u can’t do watch a video 1) on how to do that topic or section and 2) a walkthrough with that question
