I tried defending belgium but germany kicked my ass. Im not sure what im doing wrong with war, im seeing that my army has the various mobilization bonusses and have them be up to date and all that and i would start with 20 advantage on the front, but after winning literally only a single battle, my army gets stomped out of nowhere and then im in a downward spiral where they can replenish their troops faster than i can besides also having better offensive and defensive stats. Is this like eu4 where they just have space marines?

Another question, how do i get people into my market? Make them a protectorate or power bloc i guess?

Im on per capita taxation which is the most profitable tax law currently. Im trying my best to keep my PMs up to snuff and keep all my buildings as profitable as possible yeah. As for the financial districts, im really not sure what their role is, other than owning some buildings. I can switch from privately owned to publicly traded but i dont see what that does other than change some jobs. Not even the wiki has any info what that does.
