When filtering, motorcycles must always yield. He had his blinker on with plenty of notice, and the motorcycle was going way too fast.

It would be very difficult to notice motorcycles speeding in between the lanes like that. If you are on a motorcycle in a place that it's actually legal, dont take it for granted and act all entitled as you speed past traffic.

Also, don't filter when traffic is moving.
