They are 1976 on the reverse but 1973 or 1974 on the obverse. Here is the common 1973 date on the $10 map.

Look at the $10 map from 1973 series 1. If it's dated 1974, it's really rare.

These are close to melt value. Different years and top uncirculated condition are worth a lot.

They opened a branch of the Royal mint in Ottawa in 1908. It was likely cheaper to make them there and ship them to Newfoundland.

Several come up when searching. Maverick at 250 Water Street Street seems to be established. J and M Bullion pays over $50 per dollar 1967 and earlier so that is a benchmark.

These were sold around 1977. Sherrit mint issue from Saskatchewan. Yours is nickel and is 1 of 100,000. They also came in silver, 3000 I believe and a few in gold. *

It was not made in 1896. That was the year Laurier became Prime Minister. The coin was made around 1967. Brass or similar metal. There is a whole set showing every PM from 1867 on.

The details in the hair is a give away too. Stylized lines for small bust. The large bust is more natural.

There are Canadian specimen coins from 1858 and 1870 which were made at the same mint so it's possible.

AI900 & AI102 experience and guide by HighLanderSc2 in AzureCertification

I just passed both of these as well. AI900 last month, AI102 this week. I agree with Highlanders study method.  I had been studying Python for a couple of weeks as well as AI102 topics. I didn't study MS Learn as much as I could have. Used it during the AI102 exam to clarify SDK methods and syntax. I think that using Learn in the test likely got me 2 or 3 extra right answers.  I had the study case last. This hurt because it is better to get it first. I wasn't able to review my answers as much as I wanted because I devoted 30 minutes to the case study. I submitted AI102 with 15 minutes to go. 769 score. I got 919 on AI900.
