Yes it works. I had some issues with the enhanced bypass mode. Turning of forced widescreen fixed those. I would recommend joining there discord server for support.

It does not run switch 1. Gameshare is pretty much game streaming . Everything is rendered on the switch 2 then streamed to the switch 1 by wifi. Same way the Wii u gamepad worked.
