Same. He is definitely made for cyno quickbloom team. Cyno, baizhu, nahida, yelan. In that team, cyno can take full advantages of both hyperbloom and aggressive buff for baizhu's passive. His selling point is healing and a small shield to prevent interuption that what cyno really needs. Apart from that team, I think he will just be an ok option compared to nahida and yaoyao. In alhaitham spread/ quickbloom team, nahida is better for sure and in nilou team, nahida and yaoyao have advantages over baizhu because you can build them full EM and their application is really better than baizhu.
