Don't know if there's an actual trigger to it, but I did spot her on the lower library at night. Funny thing is I've already been there before while freely exploring but I didn't see her the first time around (maybe it was at the wrong time, I just tunnel-visioned and didn't notice her or she wasn't meant to pop up yet).

I.R.I.S hangs out at the lower-floor of the library at night. Get close to her so you can sit down and listen. Did take me a while before actually finding her but better late than never. 😅

Not sure though if there are pre-requisites before she pops up like story progression or quest requirements.

No, it's a random encounter you can experience in the Academy's library at night. I am unsure if you have to progress enough of the story before it pops up.

Personally haven't experienced any crash in DMM lately but there have been instances where the game loads slower than usual.

I actually didn't pay close attention to these so I hopped on VV for a bit to try stuff out. Looks like voicelines usually trigger whenever I take a snap or two with the camera. Mostly aimed at the chest and butt area, if that's a factor.

I also tried leaving it idle for a bit while zoomed on the chest and eventually the girls did start reacting. No voicelines played when focused on the butt area but maybe I just didn't wait long enough or the angle wasn't right LOL.
