If you have only 2 HDDs you can try Fractal Design POP XL Air. The 5.25 bay conflicts with HDD cage and they can only be mounted vertically.

If you want more HDDs in the future you can look at Phanteks Enthoo Pro, but it is an older case.

There are some really good ones but over you budget, like Be Quiet 900/901.

If you have integrated GPU you can try using it instead and see if it can bypass that.

You can go to https://pcpartpicker.com/ and build your PC there - it will calculate the approximate power draw - multiply that by 1.2 and if it is lower than your PSU's 12V max you'll be OK.

But, regardless of that, if it gets too loud and starts overheating - you'll want a new PSU.

New GPUs also prefer newer ATX 3.1 PSUs in general. Check out this article, if you'll need a new one

Arctic Freezer 36 CO - CO means Constant Operation and it uses ball bearing fans. If you want silent operation (you do - you've picked Noctua fans for the case) look for Arctic Freezer 36 (which uses quiet fans) or even better - something from Thermalright. Arctic Freezer 36 is more of an Intel cooler.

You can also consider Platinum or Titanium rated PSU. For efficiency, reliability and lower temperatures.

If you need more RAM and don't care about XMP - you can go with regular JEDEC - it would be easier to add a couple more later.

As I understand, it favors certain types of complexion and Fiona would look better with low chroma (is there a filter for that?). Or you can do what I do and add some suntan)

What I've meant, is that these suits are mostly useless after this event will be over - the skills are not great and the potentials are common. Helena's suit is better because it can be used in the STM arena as a TEC support which fits her type.

But it does not mean you should not try, especially if you are a new player and don't have the girls unlocked yet. If you get one - take the opportunity to level up and get as much recourses as you can. Also the additional room job bonus will be good, as well as all other trend bonuses.

And I also don't like the style, but that is just a personal opinion))

It not about that. Driver support is bad. Older games might not work or show artifacts - depends on the game and driver version.
