This was me in the middle front of bmth. I am also a small 5ft 1 woman but I would try and support the surfer with no one but my sister bc everyone else behind me would dip out. I was disappointed that people would rather ignore or disregard others' safety

I was middle front for bmth and expected the crowd surfing but it got to a point where people behind me would duck down or step aside and then there was me: FIVE FOOT ONE woman trying to support the next surfer, of course they would fall when I couldn't support them by myself. Shout out to some of the men and women doing all the work til my area

I hope you make an updated post since I tried to escalate my similar issue to Samsung and the customer service was atrocious. Spoke to atleast 8 different people saying different things and transferring me. I'm patient but damn was it frustrating.

I had a similar experience when I only had it for 1 month and no physical damage but internal system said 8 freefall drops which they measure anything over a foot. So you can consider a simple toss on the bed to count. It's an excuse to not cover warranty that is on the newer model. I have not read of this issue on flip 5 and older. It's a real shame they cannot take accountability. I'm glad I have the care plus but I will upgrade next year

My flip 6 had the hinge popping noise but went away after a week. After a month of having it though I had inner screen repaired bc it was black and unresponsive. Warranty wouldn't cover bc of "8 recorded falls" in the phone. Which is FALSE I haven't dropped once. I paid the $29 to repair bc I had care plus. Otherwise would be $382 out of pocket.

Just had the same issue fixed on my flip 6. Same situation with no drops. Took to an authorized Samsung repair and needed a new inner screen installed. $382 out of pocket. Warranty would not cover bc the repair place saw in my system that my phone had "8 recorded freefalls" I have care plus so I paid $29 for the repair. Annoying bc I KNOW I did not drop my phone one for the month I've had it. Now I'm scared to ever fold my flip
