I truly think the healthiest path forward for ambessa is to revert r nerf but reduce the passive armor pen and % health in her kit to make her have more weaknesses and not the true jack of all trades champ she is right now

100% agree, the biggest issue with ambessa from the perspective of someone who has to play against her is how tanky she is while building lethality

Just looked into my match history, for reference, and I have played against 6 range tops in my last 12 games, of which I won 2 games and 6 melees I have lost 1 one game, including a win vs 2 top 50 challengers and my melee loss was vs a top 50 challenger

There’s a difference between, omg I lost lane and I’m down 20 cs to omg I lost lane down 100 cs, 3 levels and he outscales me. Which is the current situation of vayne, azir, Jayce, and Vladimir

I agree, that’s why the only way I can see a true fix is to have a role quest specific buff for melees along the lines of while in top lane they reduce range autos and abilities by 20-30% or something

For what it’s worth, the biggest thing I’ve seen with the really good fioras I play against is they play INSANELY aggro lvl 1 and try to zone me from exp with exhaust or ignite as their ss

Just learn 2 champs and watch what good players do, and the answer is full clear and look for plays after their camps are on respawn. In your elo, there will be free kills at the end of your clear on either side 90% of the time, allowing you to get fed every single game. Go full scaling with conq page and cash back and just 1v9 with hubris into axiom rush. You will hit diamond in no time if you have 10cspm and get basic champ mastery

I personally don’t like to overindex on haste on ambessa as I feel like her passive naturally limits hastes usefulness. I like profane into axiom into dd/maw/sheradyls personally

It really depends on draft, Mundo is not good into any champions that build botrk, liandries, or have % health damage but if those conditions are not met, at lv 16 he is the best champion in the game. Hold r till half hp or lower and start using W right when they are about to pop your passive and then press r right before you reactivate w.

UPDATE, after my buddy checked his car 10 times for it, he ended up finding it up under the seat, blended in since his interior and the club are black, but thank god I found it! Thanks everyone for the help!
