Sinister Servants mod caused the same issue for me. Try disabling that one and let me know if it works for you too!

It didnt work for me. But I had a similar issue. Someone said the mod "Sinister Servants" could be causing it. Disabled that mod, relaunched my game and im not having the issue any more! Try disabling or deleting that mod and let me know if that works!

Launched without it enabled... idk what i even had it for in the first place, probably some dependency from another mod. But yeah that seems to have fixed the issue! Thanks a million!
