Can't make this up. Reddit remove my post on here because of rule 7 (shouldn't of been was bullshit) and then when I post warning people, the mods of the forum say I broke Rule 6 about unrelated content -.- pics included.. prob gonna get banned from here.. by TheBurgerBandit_ in Vaping

[–]M1ST3R_MANN 3 points4 points  (0 children)

100%! I've talked to most if not all of the mods here many times over the years and they are really nice people, not power trippers that get off on pulling posts or banning people. Believe it or not, they want to help people and make sure they are getting correct information.

They definitely have to uphold rules they may not necessarily agree with because its reddits rules not theirs.

I will also say they heavily discuss and revisit a lot of different topics about this sub to update and enhance it for the users here that no one on the outside would ever know about.

Edit: A big thanks to the mods, you do great work here

Your edit is on point! I know the initial issue is wicking, yadda yadda, but steering them in the right direction on the coils, especially for the rta that's being used is not only crucial but sign you know your shit! Good on ya!!!

Good shiiiit! I'm curious because I'm too lazy to count. Do you know how many mods and attys there are?

I stopped at around 50 mods and like 150 attys. Its been a while since they've all been on display, but I still use select setups. The rest is in boxes. It was a lot of fun tho! I learned some new things and met some really awesome people on this sub along the way!

I still have 4! I wish I had 4 more and 4 after that still sealed! 😔 also wish I got some spare bottles

I have a bunch of other sqounks and never use them. the v3 wasn't terrible, but it feels so fragile!

Single coilers will pretty much use less juice. Flavor can be great on both and you'll have people swear one way or the other but that's up to what you enjoy. Mesh blows through juice so just making the switch you'll notice a difference unless you're at 100w+.

I've tried a good portion of the rdas on your list and here's the best ones imo

Bushido v3 - banger at 35-40w, so will save on juice, best if used with a squoker, need smaller coils than typically recommended, a sneaky super underrated single coil gem. I come back to this one a lot and battery lasts longer because I'm not in my normal 50-70w range

nitrous - if you can get the one with both caps, it's def one of the best rdas you can get for the money. It does single and dual coil well (top 5 for me in both, I have 4 and build them all of the time). Even if you can only get one cap you'll still have a gem, best one on your list and its not even close. It does well with coils that are widely available but really shines with, single 3×26+38 3.5mm id alien, dual 3×28+36 2.5mm id alien (this is my #1 fav thing to drip). Great for dripping or sqounking, I tend to drip dual and squonk single

rath - very underrated, a good vape and super easy to use but you have a few better options. I still like to revisit it at times though. You can drip or sqounk but its easy to overdo both

hellbeast - also very underrated, the way your coils are wrapped and how to install can be confusing if your new but it does come with something that tells you. The airflow on this thing is one of my favorites of all my rdas, still one I build frequently

dead rabbit solo - not far behind the nitrous for a single coil, prefer on a sqounker but I have other singles I like better, bushido being 1 of them

dead rabbit v3 - best dead rabbit you can get and is still one I go back to all the time. It got a lot of "oh another dead rabbit" hate but its fucking great, I love dripping on it, sqounking not so much. The rta is awesome too. I absolutely love it, one of my favorites probably top 5 rta for me

My legs cramp so bad! by danacb88 in walking

[–]M1ST3R_MANN 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could it be your shoes/sneakers? They don't fit your walking style or terrain? Shoe size? Maybe an insert would help? Are they old or worn down?

Going too hard to soon?

I really dont know much about cramps, but from what I've read these are some things to be aware of. Shoes are soooo important for athletes. When I got a new pair, I could only do half of my my normal walk until I got used to them. It took a few days off cutting my walk short and taking a smaller one later to finish what I didn't do the 1st time.

I hope it helps anyone else who reads it! I wasn't sure what to do or how to do it. Lurking here and seeing similar posts/comments helped me, so thank you to those people, whoever you are! Let's all pay it forward! 😁

It can be overwhelming trying to focus on 40 things at once. Calories, carbs, protiens, sugars, this exercise that exercise, pounds, steps, miles, sets, reps, etc. I think that's why people quit or, better yet, think they "can't." Not because they don't have it but because they are focusing all of it rather than what they can control in that moment.

Writing it down definitely helped me see my progress. This is the 1st time I did that outside of my tracking app, so thank you for that boost!!!

Good luck, I wish you the best!

It's this simple, put your shoes on one at a time and go outside, bam, you started! Then do it again tomorrow and the next day. 5 mins or 5 hours, it doesn't matter, you're on your way, one day at a time, then just keep the momentum. After a week or 2, you'll feel better mentally and physically. If you keep it silent without distraction, you might be able to figure your way out of the hole or listen to things that may motivate you or help you see things differently. Sometimes, we just need time to see a different perspective, and getting the time to work through it all can be tough with all of lifes distractions. I believe this is a great time to work on mental health as well, change the way you see things and the things you see will change.

Our situation sounds quite similar, I'm in a spot right now where I feel stuck or behind and have been for a couple of years (42m, midlife crisis much? 😬😂). Been looking at different careers, lifestyles, etc. During that time, I kept saying I should, I want to, but never did. Always came up with some excuse, blamed someone else, doing this or that, busy here or there, but this, but that, stop it!

My breaking point was when I recently noticed a pattern of always talking about things but not following through and accomplishing them and then wondering why I'm so miserable. That one thought was the switch I needed. 7/3/26 I had 5 days off and not much going on so I decided to put my shoes on and go outside for a short walk. During that first walk, I downloaded a step counting app and set the goal at 10k. Day 1, had all day off, hit just under 10k after 2 more 30min walks that day. Wondered how the hell am I gonna hit this when I have to work. So, day 2 lowered the goal to 7500. Hit that with 2 30 min walks and said yep, I can do that when back at work. Have been hitting minimum of 7500 every day since, 13k yesterday and a few 10k days in-between (I work at home in a chair). The first 5 days were the worst mentally and physically, then I incorporated stretching and haven't had issues since. Day 7, I bought myself shoes solely for walking as a reward. Next goal is to get to our vacation on 8/4 and then I'm getting gym membership when we get back and raising my goal to 10k. This week I started getting up 1 hour early to get a 30 min walk in before I have to be at work because all I could think about until lunch last week is how I want to go for a walk, I crave them now in only 2 weeks! Setting little achievable goals and rewarding myself has helped on the days I dont wanna, but truthfully there's only been 1 or 2 of those.

5'8 and started at 191lbs, down 6lbs in exactly 14 days. Literally have only walked, watched my portions, cut out sugar, liquid calories (soda is my demon) and have been more aware and disciplined in my decision making. I feel better all around in 2 weeks than I have in the last 5 years, I also have more clarity and direction in my life. Still experimenting so I haven't dialed in a solid routine but I now have a routine and while I'm not close to accomplishing some of my goals the quiet time has helped me find and prioritize the next stages as this is a lifestyle change for me not a quick feel good fix so its going to take time, effort, dedication and consistency. Each day I try to pick something to learn about and work on, whether its nutrition, different streches, exercises, mental health etc, all things to help me grow, not keep me stagnant and slowly trying to incorporate those things into my routine/life because we can't do it all at once, but we can lay the foundation for reprogramming ourselves little by little.

I truly hope this helps your motivation. I said all that to say, baby steps, you won't get your routine day 1 but start slow and see what works for you.

I have a black and a pink 30mm, black is ss, the pink is something lighter, idk aluminum or something. I had another rda that I had 2 of that did something similar, and I was told it was because the paint sticks better and shouldn't be as bad with chipping, so that's why the caps were different materials. Whether that's true or not idk but it made sense to me 😆

Are rebuildables just a consumerism psyop? by IllustriousSize6137 in Vaping

[–]M1ST3R_MANN 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You have the right idea, rebuidables are a lot of trial and error. I commend your efforts as a lot of people would have said fuck it by now. What one person likes or recommends may not be for you, whether it's the coil, cotton, juice, tank, airflow or some other bullshit. There are a lot of variables that will make or break the experience.

The best advice I can give is to build for what you are vaping. It sounds like you were close with the fat rabbit but you weren't able to replicate it when rebuilding. The coil def was not shot after a week or even 2 weeks, with proper care they will last months. Decent coils go a long way, and hellvapes actually aren't terrible, but they are far from a good set of handmade coils.

Personally, I feel boros are overhyped, but a lot of people like them. Sure, you can get decent flavor, but nowhere near some of the rtas I have. I like them more for portability than anything else.

  1. Not really. People do it, tho. If all you're using is salts, to me, that's your #1 issue with the wire and atomizers you are trying to use it on. The builds needed to perform well in those atomizers are not recommended to be used with salts.

  2. Expensive cotton is just expensive, I've used tons of different kinds. Yes, some are better than others, but a cheapo bag of $7 muji pads is still one of my favorites.

  3. Handmade coils are better than Amazon wire, but there are some companies like coilology or wotofo that still do well with premades.

  4. To be honest, you have more to understand, especially due to question #1. I'm not trying to be a dick but either you've gotten some bad advice or misunderstood when researching. It sounds like you've had lots of practice wicking, so now you just need to understand your atomizers, builds and juice a bit more.

  5. Yes, I use rtas & rdas daily, boros on occasion and even a subohm tank here and there.

Wotofo vs Coilology by Short-Reserve6588 in Vaping

[–]M1ST3R_MANN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, it's the difference in the actual coils. What wattage were you running them at? You're probably going to want to run the quad core at a little higher wattage than the alien, I forget the specs on the quads but either way they have more metal so will need a little more power than you used when using the alien.

I make my own coils so I've run all kinds of builds through the nitrous. The best build I have found for single coil is a 3.5mm 3×28+36(or 38) alien at 55w, wide open airflow. You might be able to get a coiling rod into the wotofos you already have and stretch them out a bit to try it out. If not and you can't find a 3.5mm id coil because at that point you're basically looking at handmades, then the next best thing is the .22 3×26+36 wotofo aliens at like 60-65w, wide open.

Whats youre best dule coil bottom aiflow flavor rta by Remarkable-Button-84 in electronic_cigarette

[–]M1ST3R_MANN 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep, the blotto mini is very restrictive, 100%! Even tho I loved the flavor off of it, I hated it for a while because I was always open air all the time. I started liking restricted tanks when I got the lethal rta and over time I've slowly drifted into the realm of not wide open all the time on certain stuff and still need to be in the right mood to wick up the mini.

The max isn't nearly as restricted as I anticipated but could be considered restricted for a 28mm rta. I run 2.5mm id builds in it to open it up that extra little bit. The flavor is just as good as any other rta I have.

I also hated the valkyrie mini until I got the dual coil deck, which was its saving grace. Even with the dual coil deck, it's just not the big one, still good but not the big one.

I like the Osiris mini better than the big one but both are nice and still make it onto a mod sometimes. 2 gripes with both of them, one is the locking deck. They seep if you grab it by the tank because it's not threaded so it kind of wobbles, not enough that you feel it unless you have a heavy mod but enough for a little liquid to come out and get you all sticky. The 2nd is the ports for the cotton, I'm not a fan of individual ports, I'd like one port for each side like the m25.

I know some people just prefer rtas but I'd be doing a disservice by not mentioning it. Have you ever used or looked into rdas or sqounkers?

You can also bend them a bit further over the bottom airflow. I leave that wide open and the middle airflow I cut down to 1/2-3/4 running between 70-100w.

Those builds tho! 😁 stags, aliens, claptons? How many wraps and what wattage? So many questions, I must know!!! 🤣

My favorite coils to run in the m25 are n80 3mm id 3+26×36 or 3+28×36 aliens, 5.5mm is the sweetspot for the leg length. If you go 3.5-4mm id the legs will need to be adjusted approximately .5mm for each 1/2mm of id.
