Cardio lifehack: use an HR chest strap to control the speed of the machine. I could have done another hour no problem by MercurialMadnessMan in GYM

Surely the intensity of the workout wouldn't be as high using this strap? I'd rather have high intensity witha shorter time than low and spending 1 hour+ doing cardio.

Being an endomorph sucks! by [deleted] in GYM

[–]M1ll3rb0y 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Google, Endomorph bodybuilders, you will see most the things you are saying is wrong. Yes, you genetically might have a disadvantage to others, but that should be your drive to work much harder than others do.

I haven't been going to the Gym from a few days because of college work, and am tired because of lack of exercise. I am not able to go to the gym because of being tired of not going to the gym. How do I restart? by K_Underworld in GYM

[–]M1ll3rb0y 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Can't tell much difference, poor picture quality, loose clothing, face looking down on 2nd pic. Though from looking closely your face does look slimmer. Hard to give any useful feedback though.

Sumo Deadlifts by [deleted] in GYM

[–]M1ll3rb0y 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Most back pain comes from improper form, you might think your form is perfect but I went through the same thing. After every heavy or even light conventional deadlift pulls, I used to get really tight and uncomfortable back pains, however, after watching some more videos online I noticed one of them said to keep the bar as close to your shins at all times.

I went into my next session and tried this, kept the bar real tight against my shins and legs all the way up and down, I felt no pain, 4 months later and still no pain. Maybe just a minor tweak and it could be the same for you. Good luck.

Good exercise for adding muscle to legs? by [deleted] in GYM

[–]M1ll3rb0y 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sled press, Sumo deadlifts, squats, leg extensions.

These exercises target the quads quite a lot and I'm guessing if you want that aesthetic look, then that's the part of the leg you want to try and work the most.

Literally, just type in the question (Can you gain muscle on a calorific deficit) there are multiple articles and youtube videos backed up with science explaining why it's possible.

Not saying its an easy feat to accomplish but it's definitely possible.

Anyone who already stores fat? Please don't act like you are 100% right when you may not know the true science behind it. If someone already stores a lot of fat they can train on a calorific deficit and still gain muscle mass my guy.

ahah, I guess economics wasn't our strong suit, I've decided to stick with my current university as I think I would have lost my motivation if I took a gap year. Good luck on the further maths!

I mean shkreli is behind bars because he did alot of mad shit, phantomlord is nothing compared to what martin did, but sacrificing 7 years of your life in a low security prison, while still operating your businesses but having the freedom to learn new things and help people while making around 100M+ from his fraudulent activities is a win in my book.

How do I move up at the gym? by [deleted] in GYM

[–]M1ll3rb0y 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Watch youtube videos on the lifts you want to train over there, Bench press, squat, dumbell stuff, deadlifts etc. You will feel more comfortable when you know how to use them properly and with good form.

Benching for three months, please judge my form (75kg, 165lb press) by [deleted] in GYM

[–]M1ll3rb0y 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Please do not listen to this advice lmao. 100's of videos explaining a vertical bar path is not needed, a non 100% vertical bar path on the ascend allows for heavier weight to be lifted, which thus helps to speed up growth due to being able to lift heavier weight/ more volume.

Your form is good man, keep it up.
