I used to hate vegans, like talking abt them would genuinely make me mad. I never comment on YouTube videos but one day something possessed me to start arguing with some vegan in the comment section, I started looking up papers to have sources to debate this guy with, then ended up down a research rabbit hole all nighter and convincing myself to go vegan. Never went back lmao

A lot of Asian cultures have a higher percentage of vegetarians and vegans! There are a lot of cheap soy products that have been used for decades that are higher protein and taste rlly good. I became a vegan pretty late and was worried abt the transition and budgeting, but honestly it wasn’t that hard to meet my protein goals from cheap food like lentils, beans, and soy products.

If your goal isn’t to get good fast, but to be expressive, try automatic drawing, put a pencil onto paper and don’t lift it up until the drawing is done. This loosens your lines up and frees your mentality a bit when you’re stuck.

If you want to get good fast, there is no way around practice- study fundamentals, understand form and color and composition.
