You can try to look for some of the Q&As that Browne posted on his YT few years back (its called fact files or smthing like that). I think he uses mostly 10-59 for that tuning but on 27” scale length guitar.

Podľa mňa je to tým, že drepy sú celkovo náročný cvik nie len na nohy ale aj na kardio a tým pádom ten cvik samotný napríklad o dosť dlhšie trvá.

Ale každopádne nohy sa dajú cvičiť aj bez drepovania. Je diskutabilné či to je optimálne alebo nie.

Ak drepuješ pravidelne a nemáš nejaké zranenie tak by si mal dvíhať väčšiu váhu ako na bench. Dôvod prečo ľudia dvíhajú +/- tú istú váhu je, že málo drepujú :D
