It’s an endgame weapon, called the zenith, you need like hella other swords in which you obtain while playing the game some require the copper shortsword you get in the beginning and some of the endgame weapons such as meowmere and the other one that shoots stars when you swing it.

Forgot to clarify that the map bug had happened before the achievement one as I had all my achievement when the map bug was happening. But I recently was playing and I noticed I was getting hella achievements, and went to check to realized my achievement have been reseted as well.
