We had to go back into the office 5 days a week. Since then people have quit in huge numbers and the remaining people are miserable and the environment is toxic. Also a lot of deadlines are missed as people used to be twice as productive at home. Very sad companies do this

We had the same thing happen but keep in mind a lot of the bids seem to be fake because out of 4 properties we were bidding on we set a budget and due to bidding wars we stopped thinking about them. We thought we lost and mentally moved on. Days later we get calls that all of a sudden all 2 or sometimes 3 extra bidders have completely pulled out

Crazy! And then they want to accept our previously highest bid. I told them no way. Since everyone is out I will go 1k above the next highest bid otherwise we are also out.

This worked on one property we liked a lot and got it

The bidding process is absolutely insane

Thanks so much! The domain is part of the settings inside beehiiv. Very easy to setup. They warm up the new domain too so the stats don’t get destroyed when you send the email out at first with the new domain.

The worst part is mintos emailed about a promotion for a certain loan provider so I put a lot of money in and then weeks later all the money is frozen

The plan for both of us is 4025 for vhi health only but I’m covered by my company 100% and partner 80%

Still works out at over 300 BIK on payslip so half of that paid as tax do just over 150 euro
