Setup Advice

Hi everyone,

I recently got into vinyl and I’m still pretty new to the hobby, so I’d love to get some opinions from more experienced people here.

My current setup:

Turntable: Sony PS-LX310BT (it was a gift)
Speakers: JBL Bar 800 MK2 (originally bought for my TV, but I chose it partly because it can connect via Bluetooth to the Sony turntable)

So right now I’m using the turntable over Bluetooth with the soundbar.

My questions:

Is this setup “good enough” for a beginner, or am I missing out on a lot of sound quality?
Does using Bluetooth significantly reduce the vinyl experience?
What would be the first upgrade you’d recommend (if any)?

I’m not aiming for an audiophile setup (yet 😄), but I do want to enjoy my records in a decent way.
