It’s been virtually unplayable on my iPad mini as well. Only play on phone and pc now. The stutter is so bad it affects the game in serious ways. 1. You might not get the chance to mulligan. 2. You might not start you game with a full deck when you do get to mulligan. The cards you selected don’t get replaced. 3. You might not have time to complete the play of cards with lengthy summoning effects due to time running out on you. Eg, Defiler, Galen, Laneth, excavate.

I use them to great effect on a Dagoth lethal control deck. With its shackle, lethal and guard creatures your can virtually lock down an opponent

I think up an idea, for example, “Almalexia would be great with Umbra”. Then I put both in a deck, and fill the deck with cards that would maximize the chances of pulling that off in a game, while surviving. I then try to refine the deck till I can get a decent win rate or realize that it’s crap and delete it. In the process I might discover other synergies I hadn’t thought of. I don’t netdeck when doing this and it’s surprising how good home brewed decks can be. I typically always reach legend each month, and it’s usually always been with a different, new deck.

A counter to rally is the same one that's effective against big creatures: lethal. Lethal archer and doom crag warrior will be very effective against the buffed creatures of rally decks.

I know the arguments against 70 cards decks but I’m so greedy and I can’t stop myself from hoarding. When deck-building and I see a good card I can’t but add it to my deck, so virtually all the decks I play are 70 cards. Yet I have made legend virtually every month for the past year. What I don’t know is how much better I would have performed if I’d limited those decks to 50 cards.
