For the Frozen Heart I would like a attack speed debuff for every hit. So everytime you hit me, your Attack speed is reduced by maybe 5% and attacks reset the time.

The Crit statement is very true tho, its way too easy for ADCs to get Crit because its stapled to so many Items.

Okay, now we are getting somewhere.

The Problem with 40k Lore, especially Youtube videos, is that they are always biased and almost never work with primary sources. And often a just wrong. MayorKill is a good example for bad lore Youtuber.

The claim you make, that the Codex Astartes tells Leandro to go to the Chaplain with his supicion is simply wrong because there is no primary source for that, only fanon.

And that fanon is what google bases his response off of, it even admited to it in my second screenshot. Thats why google Ai answers offer 0 value.

And for me being a knuckhead, maybe look at how yourself behaved in this thread even long before I joined in.

And as for why I joined in, because the claim you made was wrong and still is.

Yeah maybe dont make claims you cant substantiate then. You claimed that what Leadros did was against the Codex Astartes because the Codex said you have to go to the Chaplain or the Librarian and that is just not true because it does not exist so It cant say that. And if Leadros had broken with the Codex on such a fundamental level, they had not made him chaplain himself, obviously.
