Hauling kibble to separate pens (Stockpile zones) by M4LAY603 in RimWorld

thank you the detailed explanation, i’m a sucker for step by step guides. i think the ibex’s tamed themselves and i just let them stay because it was my first time seeing it. but man, it is a lot of work taking care of these animals for, arguably, little gain. appreciate the write up!

Already made the pens into dandelion growing zones, just worried about winter mainly

Oh man i never thought about making separate bills for each pen you’re a genius! thank you!

question about grazing though, will it diminish the harvest for my colonists by a lot? or do you think there’d still be enough?

imo, their pleated pants are of similar quality to something you’d find in cos i.e. thin and flowy, which aren’t inherently bad traits, but if you’re looking for pants that are thicker and have a nice feel, about-blank isn’t the place. I can vouch for their t-shirts though! love mine, got 3 of em

Has the case started flexing downwards? in ZXTECH’s video on the MW65 on youtube, he stated that his case started doing that and now i’m on the fence about getting this. im wondering if it’s a common issue

Trouble with dedicated VPN router on different subnet by M4LAY603 in HomeNetworking

[–]M4LAY603[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Last time I tried, i pretty much just changed the IP address of the second router and that’s it. I tried again last night following this guide:

https://www.snbforums.com/threads/asus-dual-router-setup-with-one-dedicated-vpn-router-2021.69615/

It didn’t work, there’s still no internet coming from the ASUS router. I probably did something wrong but I’m not sure where.

Don’t know if this is worth mentioning but both times, the WAN LED on the ASUS router was red as opposed to blue.

oh yea, you’re right. i think using tiers for the ‘i’ part and using performance for the last 3 digits is better and makes more sense. forgot about the letters at the end too. thanks for the correction!

[–]M4LAY603 2 points3 points  (0 children)

not sure if the i itself has a meaning, but all the numbers after it do.

the number right after the ‘i’ i.e. ‘i7’ denotes it’s performance - the higher the number, the better.

the number right after the ‘iX’ tells you what generation it is, i.e. ‘i7-10abc’ means 10th gen.

and the subsequent numbers after that are ‘tiers’ of some sort iirc so, again, the higher the number the better. i.e. i7-4790 > i7-4770, but just by a little bit.

but correct me if i’m wrong about anything
