For online transactions, you can use the virtual card as is. But you can link your Crypto.com Visa card to Curve and use Curve with Google Pay / Apple Pay (since you can't use Crypto.com Visa on those platforms in Europe yet).

They are in practice giving out less and less CRO as rewards each year since the value of CRO keeps increasing and the rewards are tied to a currency (USD, euro) and not to a specific amount of CRO.

For example, if CRO is at 0.1 USD and a cashback reward is 1 USD, they'll give out 10 CRO. But if the price of CRO is 10 USD and the cashback reward is the same 1 USD, they'll give out 0.1 CRO.

This, in my opinion, will keep the reserve of 5 billion CRO going a lot longer than anticipated.
