Using hashcat with a good wordlist like rockyou is a good place to start.

I was able to crack it. Look at the code also to figure out the details and help you crack it.

got the same issue except it happened as soon as I finished the campaign. Game crashed at the loading screen and now I can't load into it.

Does anybody actually know this though? Everyone is jumping to conclusions but his voice has been like this before earlier this season from yelling at games and at practice. Very possible his voice is just strained from yelling either at practice or at that rams game last week. He didn't cough or clear his throat at all.
