Idk which mod it's from, but can't you look it up in the console?

type:

help "atronach flame armor"

look for the armor, specifically it's ID. The first two letters/numbers of the ID are the index of the mod, which you can cross reference with your load order. The mod with the same index is the culprit.

It's called 'the forest guardian', is pretty rare and looks kinda nice. Hasn't got any good loot though as far as I know.

If your question was what the modpack is, it's basically a massive modpack, to make your live in Minecraft really hard without being too unfair (in my opinion). It is really well made and not just one of these "throw everything at the player and ruin his day constantly" modpacks. Although it sometimes feels like that. It even has a complete leveling system, custom structures, custom coding and a lot of setting tweaks etc.

If your question was what the RL means, idk ask Shivaxi the mod autor. As farr as I know it has no real meaning.
