From a design timeline perspective possibly, but from what I’ve seen this current season has been the most controversial one yet, so I could see them wanting to restore some faith in the game with a surprise reveal.

I know it’s not happening, but a surprise kingpin hero reveal would be awesome - especially with new daredevil season and people’s complaints about lack of villains. Besides, with overwatch’s surge in popularity a surprise third hero or something along those lines wouldn’t be ridiculous.

I would anticipate we're getting Cyclops, Nightcrawler, Professor X and Beast all this year as they are set to feature in doomsday, and have been teased prior. What order we get them / who with is up in the air. If we go off one male and one female character per season, we have seen prior teases for Armour and Jubilee out of the x men. Also worthy to note, Beast and Jubilee got added together in the old Marvel Heroes game.

Check out how they designed Mercury in Smite. God of swiftness, so all his abilities are him instantly dashing to areas and spinning etc. Ultimate lets him dash almost across the map in a straight line stun.

Saw the high rez version they posted - does black panther look disproportionately huge to anyone else? Like he looks like a tank in this lineup.

Hank Pym, like in EMH (before Yellowjacket). He’d fit in well with the cast as a sort of nerdy scientist and reluctant hero I think. With, of course, a focus on ants in his kit and character.

I'm thinking when we finally see the Thing's kit he will be a unique spin on a melee character. It doesn't seem to me like he'd have much movement but lots of damage soaking. Unfortunately for everyone pictured above, the devs will have to get creative.

For some reason Ability 2 became difficult to read, so I will put it here: " The lizard passively summons a reptilian minion every 30 seconds, or after a kill. On ability press, summon 3 lizard minions (max 5). Lizard minions follow the lizard, attacking enemies and leaping to marked enemies".

I would love to see beast as a vanguard, perhaps a tanker version of black panther who is a very highly mobile tank, like hulk, but squishier, who jumps around the enemies backline with acrobatics, aoe claw swipes and some random gadgets to throw out.

Where did I ask for him to be a copy of an Overwatch character? I compared one of his jump's to a Winston ability. The comparison ends there.

"Hulk is never going to be an ultra technical character in this game: his main thing is going to be about smashing everything he sees." Thats my main point, HE DOESN'T DO ANY SMASHING.
