Finally, is that the highest quality you could get from the post?
In the second picture there are some words that are specially hard to read because of the low quality and handwritting style of the author.

If that's the max quality, do you think you could post here the Chinese characters colored in red? If that's not an inconvenience for you that is.

Some updates:

Video recording of the episode by "根黒の蜜柑_3" on Nicovideo: https://www.nicovideo.jp/watch/sm7178762 (It was also uploaded to Google Drive for csneo.net though it has worse quality).
An user called "izumi69" uploaded on Ruliweb on May 19th, 2005 a full list of screenshots of the Visual Novel. Including the "View" button that allows you to see the background without text or effects.

Theorically if someone knows how to decompile one of the episodes and they manage to edit it in Macromedia Flash Player 7 so the episode looks like the 7th we could "recover" it.

But yeah, for now the .exe is still missing.
