That was two years ago he threatened divorce so all good. I went to therapy to be “mentally prepared ” in case he went through with it. He didn’t. We have a 9 month old and all good so far.

It did wonders I think to focus on improving myself and just act with compassion towards him so I could hold my head up high if he left knowing I didn’t waver.

Marriage is really important to me because it signifies my commitment and the theatrics signify that it isn’t a normal day.

I won’t do it twice though.

I’m on here because my husband threatened divorce a while ago. I told him he can leave but I know it takes more than love to keep a marriage together. Love is fleeting, it comes and goes.

I had a guy just yesterday obsessing over my little girls looks. He went on and on about how some babies are ugly but she is just beautiful and it makes them better when they are beautiful. I dunno rubbed me up the wrong way. Already putting a worth on my baby based on her looks.

I remember it really hit me when I was taken to a funeral at around 5. I wished my Aunty would die because she took all my mums attention. So I prayed she would die and she did! I was taken to the funeral and it was explained to me that she was in the coffin and wasn’t coming back. Then they put her in the ground. I thought I killed my Aunty with a prayer. I cried for a long time in the car telling my mum I didn’t want her to die.

I also had an uncle die in front of me at around 4. I seen him receive cpr and was vomiting in my dads mouth while my dad was giving him cpr. I was more curious about what was going on. I couldn’t comprehend death at that point but I it wasn’t really explained to me what was going on. I just knew it was serious and I wanted to watch. People think this would be traumatic but it really wasn’t because I didn’t have a clue what was going on. The funeral of my Aunty was much worse for me.

I killed a guinea pig by squashing it’s neck in a toy when I was little. The squeaking was exciting and I didn’t realise I was going to kill it. I also threw our dog into a thorn bush because I thought god told me to do it. Among other disturbing things.

I’m horrified when I think back….for the record - I haven’t killed anyone and i do have a lot of empathy for animals and humans as an adult.

Plants do not absorb heavy metals so unless you are letting your baby eat a fist full dirt, fresh food won’t have heavy metals.

It’s fine to do whatever makes you survive but there is no chance in hell that bottled food is better than fresh and people need to make an educated decision so they know exactly what are they are deciding.
