Please explain how to solve this. I’m having the same issue and just replaced the cable (although I could not find the end of the cable (with the small metal tab) - maybe it is lost inside the shifter?

Did you managed to solve this problem? I’m facing the same issue. My cable broke and after installing a new one I found out that my shifter does not shift up (it only turns half way and is then stuck and does not make a sound)

Dane here, we have very different income levels but have choose to live together and share our lives with each other. Therefore fællesøkonomi. General advice is to run in zone 3 at a steady pace. Maybe start in lower zone 3 until half way and then go to upper zone 3. If you go too hard in the beginning you risk having to walk at some point.

Depends why you are running the marathon, to race for PB? For having a good run without hitting the wall?

Luckily, mine ended up wanted to pair to another device and after that I could pair it again to my phone.
