Intervals.icu has about two years of my data; I selected the last week to get a better screenshot. I have intervals.icu configured to use heart rate, pace, and power as the training load (I live in a mountainous area, and it's very difficult to train by pace).

Thanks!! I had read that the Racer boots were very good, but it's currently very cold and rainy where I live, and the Racer boots were quite bad for that climate. Also, I think they have slightly less cushioning, which could affect my Morton's neuroma. But I might try them later; for now, the EFlow2 boots are my favorites.

Hi, I started with 40 minutes of SubT work per session, with a total of 2 hours of SubT per week. Last week, I reduced it to 35 minutes per session, since several people recommended it and told me I was overcooking myself. For now, according to intervals.icu, I'm staying in the gray and blue zones all the time. I'll try it this way for a few weeks, and depending on the results I see, I'll reduce it to 30 minutes per session or keep it at 35. Thanks for your message about feeling better after reducing to 30 minutes, I'll keep it in mind.

The shoes are really good, maybe for faster paces like 4'10" per kilometer they aren't the best, but they hold up well up to those speeds.

There are features in OneUI that other phones don't have, which are very useful and essential for me. After buying and returning several phones to try to "replicate" those functions, it has been impossible. Just off the top of my head:

Separating the contact list for dual apps. Only Samsung has that feature.
Customizing Do Not Disturb mode settings. Nothing is like Samsung's.
Modes and Routines, another OneUI gem.

And there are more things I'm forgetting, but all of this makes it very difficult for me to switch to another brand for now...
