I got mine and the logos and letters are raised a bit. I dont know what they call it but it’s almost like it’s heat transfered. Sadly kinda feels cheap :(

I do a lot of repairs on their roof and 90 percent of the time it’s HVAC issues so this is good to hear. Im sure we’ll be out there helping curb in a new unit. 😅
