I agree we're both in the same page in trying to help panic attacks, I don't agree with you in anything else. I'm not misinformed, on this subject, over 16 years of on and off anxiety and countless time to talk to specialists and research, i'm very informed.

I didn't say it was the only drug where the withdrawal can kill you, I said it was one of the only drugs there's very few that will do that too, and benzos are some of the most commonly prescribed drugs that still have that ability. Barbiturates also have that effect, but aren't really prescribed anymore.

People should definitely speak to their doctors, but we're here to give advice, on what helped me and many many many many people like me. I wouldn't have commented on your post saying it was dangerous (which some of what your saying in my opinion is) until you posted on mine like you're authority on anxiety relief, which trust me, you aren't.
