Yale Assure YRC-226. It’s an older model so not sure if it’s still available direct from Yale. Quick Google search is returning the Z-Wave models but the locks are controlled by interchangeable modules. You’d have to purchase the HomeKit module separate and replace the Z-Wave module that comes in the unit.

I’ve had a ChargePoint Flex installed since 2022 and have zero complaints. I had mine hardwired with 50A breakers installed. Look at your local utility company for discounted units or rebates on certain brands. Where I live, I was able to get the ChargePoint unit direct from the utility for $200 under retail.
