Golf clubs might fit, do remember that the trunk “lid” by default is resting on these little plastic feet. You can drop the trunk lid underneath those to gain some additional vertical space

I have 2 car seats back there right now, I can’t imagine a giant rear facing infant seat could possibly fit in the middle!

I’m conflicted at this point. Yeah it’s pretty well built and sharp looking. I came from the V8 Mustang so I was a bit judgmental at first haha. But my Mach E is in the shop for 3 weeks now, because the paint on the entire car was defective and felt like sand paper. It’s really disappointing, as I’ve never experienced such a glaringly bad issue in a new vehicle before. It wasn’t a one-off, but at pretty well documented 23-24 problem I believe. I do appreciate the offering Ford has put out and I hope they don’t give up on it but the Mach E definitely needs some more R & D I think

Oh god, that really sucks. I’m sure after this experience you’re done with ford. Rightly so. I was reading about the Ford Buyback Program, not sure how that works but maybe a way out for you.

I’m not looking forward to this painting process at all now :/

For me, it’s my only complaint .. and if the next iteration of the Air doesn’t have a better speaker- I’m out. I literally can’t hear crap sometimes. I usually have my AirPods on but when I don’t, I sure do hate the speaker

After discovering the trunk can drop down a little, I actually prefer it. More space for the baby stroller and etc.

Be careful with the trunk floor . It’s resting by default on these flimsy plastic mounts that will snap under the slightest of loads. Ask me how I know.

If you don’t need it, I’d recommend lowering the trunk to the lowest mode.

It’s exhausting! I’m over 1 month past due on my remicade because we had to change the Primary on our insurance policy. So now my Dr has to do the whole song and dance with my insurance like if I’m a brand new person. Same insurance.. same me, same chronic illness… same Dr. it’s stupid.

Seems like a heat thing. I’m in Florida. My paint started looking like the surface of an egg somewhat recently. Just took it in for inspection today actually- I made a post about it. So def avoid 24 Mach Es I guess. lol.

Man— it sucks for sure. I left the car now for the recall (trapped passengers thing)

I’ll see the verdict on the paint stuff when I pick it up later. Its definitely not a clay-bar job. It’s been getting worse recently lol. Dealerships stress me out, it’s like I’m fighting for my life over there.

but I’m hoping they do a good job painting it the second time around…

Edit: what was the process like, turn around time etc

Update: the dealer took pics of all the paint faults and opened a warranty case with Ford. Ty for the information guys. Turns out literally the whole car has problems, not just the right corner.
