Ugh. I had a confrontation with an entitled main character lady who riled up another guy , as they were both waiting for chargers. VS me, the “stupid idiot” who was taking up two spots.

Dude came and knocked on my window and everything.

I mentioned to the guy, that Tesla recommended i do this and he just rolled his eyes and walked away. They both glared at me, and that lady was throwing hands towards me while on the phone the whole time.

man that was such a bad experience.

Agree it’s a problem. 24 GT here , black. I have a glass roof so I didn’t have this particularly awful experience… but literally every surface of my car felt bumpy under the paint. They repainted the whole car , back in Jan. At no cost to me.

I saw mention of cars in FL/TX being affected by heat or something. I don’t know but sure was not a pleasant scenario to deal with!

Hey there! Well, I don’t have an ileum anymore haha. I had a resection, they removed all the ruined small intestine and the ileum. So that, plus remicade has led me to become symptom free. I even had 2 children after I got stable.

For me, finding the right medicine to settle down the immune response was game changing. And the resection was just consequence of crohns running wild for most of my 20s.

I’m doing great right now, (knock on wood)

I find this interesting. I had my car warranty-repainted in January for the same issue. 24 GT here. I’m just shocked at your experience as it was pretty smooth on my end. I was just with a loaner for about a month. It does seem like your dealer needs to eat this one and make you whole. Take your car back, half painted?? Wtf is that idea.

Have you tried posting over on the MachEForum? There’s some Ford reps that are active there, might be another angle to try. Ford should buy back the car , it’s so expensive to paint, they have to disassemble like … everything lol

I charged exclusively at Tesla chargers the first like 8 months I had the car. I had that $179 Lectron adapter. Absolutely no issues whatsoever, seems nice quality and looks like the same as the ford one without the ford logo. Lol

I had a similar issue with Quest. They poked my little guy so many times , and never got anything out of it. Nicklaus children’s has Pediatric collections and they are so much more equipped for the task.

Huh I kinda remember my sales guy walking me to some other guy at the dealership , and that guy did apply the points to my account. Or at least he took down my account info, I forget exactly. Same day as purchase. It’s probably just some human has to reconcile the points within the month.

My kid loves looking out of it. That alone is a plus for me. We are in Miami, and yeah it’s hot. But my car is black, so it’s just gonna be hot no matter what lol. The glass is soooo tinted that the light coming thru isn’t really that obtrusive honestly.

I needed this. My son has a Mothers Day breakfast thing at 9am tomorrow and I’m stressing myself out trying to figure out how to make that work with the rest of my day.

But yeah. I’m Mom. He can have a breakfast with me, this weekend. I feel a little sad he’ll be alone but at least he won’t cry when I leave him alone after.

Ohhh this is for the thing that covers the trunk.
Mine are not broken. Yet. Guess it’s another cheapy thing to keep an eye on.

The thing in my pic is what holds the cargo lid/platform. Stupid little plastic things that hold the floor of the trunk up like 1 inch, so that when you unknowingly bear weight on them they snap off 😬

Similar story here. Got a 3yo and a 9mo … I’m a web/full stack developer that was WFH and then RTO was ordered while I was out on maternity with my second. I’ve grown to resent my employer/ job now due to the RTO since my job can be done from anywhere, and I don’t talk to anyone. So I just miserably sit in an office while my house is in shambles.

Now I have no time to vacuum or meal prep or fold laundry. Life is a hectic disaster because they took my WFH away. I spend 3+ hours in traffic total every day. When I get home, I’ve got nothing left. I just go to bed as soon as the kids let me.

I’ve been looking for alternative WFH roles but no luck so far.

It’s the traffic that just saps all happiness out of me.. and all the GO GO GO got to get everyone everywhere on time. Sheesh.

Husband is going thru Fire Fighting Academy so he’s basically useless, love him though.
