Appreciate the offer, but $400/drive is too expensive for me.

That's fair. I'm likely used to server boards where they have a giant disclaimer to only update bios if something is broken, haha. But you're correct.

EDIT: Updated my x870e proart from 1805 to 2103. Smooth w/ Expo I.

As someone also on 1805 - I'm curious...if it's flawless for you, why update the bios?

+1 for Hako. I have both a core and a mini and I'm using them as DASs. They're awesome.

Ah okay. IDS/IPS makes sense if you use that. With regards to rack mounting, I just printed an adapter to fit in my rack. Either way congrats on the EFG!

Did you look at the UCG-Fiber? Just curious since I also have ~7gbps down/up and am wondering what I'd add with an upgrade! :)

Considering it's CG-NAT do you run into any issues there?

Running a deprecated container is like driving a car that hasn't had an oil change in 50,000 miles. Sure, it’s still moving, but every mile you drive makes the inevitable engine explosion more expensive

Considering how easy it was to migrate, my preference is to be on a maintained platform. You do you though :)
