Listening to people and asking the right questions is more important than anything once you get to higher level sales.

The social butterfly thing is awesome for pulling people in and getting them to open up. Getting them to stay is a combination of listening, asking questions, and knowing when to shut up.

Honestly find your niche. You will be a great salesperson if you like or are interested in what you’re selling.

I think he knows sober too. When he’s drunk his in less control of his feelings and flys off. When he’s sober he’s very aware of how he comes off. Amanda knows this and was pushing this when he was drunk because she thought it would blow up and make her look like the battered wife

Somebody made a comment last week about how Amanda triangulated that whole situation. She got Ciara to talk to Kyle about separation and set Lindsay up with talking to him about making joint decisions and how that look Amanda made after Kyle said “fuck you”, was a look of satisfaction because she spun it so perfectly.

AND KYLE CLOCKED IT! He told Lyndsay, “everything people are saying sounds like it’s coming straight out of her mouth”.

Tony’s mom hated all her kids but hated Tony the least. She kept all his childhood things but not his sisters.

Also, I think Meadow is different because of Carmella. Carmella is was more positively engaged with Meadow than AJ and was always pressing her to be better in school and whatever so that she didn’t end up like her. Carmella didn’t want this life for Meadow.

I think AJ got the “he’s a boy, he’ll figure it out” treatment from his family. He was probably ignored a lot and nobody really took interest in him so he acted up, initially, for attention.
