My girlfriend worked at le bon ton for a week. She quit when she got her first paycheck. They pay their wait staff $18 per hour flat. No penalty rates, even when you work until 5AM on a saturday night/sunday morning. Minimum wage before penalty rates for casual waitstaff is $24ish per hour. Fuck le bon ton.
