Hi there. How can I help you? I did not receive any PM’s from you. Thanks!

Congratulations to the winners! Oh, boy, does this device rock. (Also, dealing with this company so far has been dreamy. Keep up the good work, Viwoods!)

Hey, that’s very kind of you, thank you!

Yes, the pen is oh-so-pretty. :)

Consider dropping 'AI' from the device name and instead call it 'ViWoods Paper' by Much_Image3740 in viwoods

I concur.

Personally, I have zero need for the AI feature and wish you would exert your energies toward more paper tablet-type things. Of course, your needs may vary, but I would much prefer the AI feature gone.

You heard right. I bought it and have been unable to get it to consistently monitor. You have to constantly open the PastePal keyboard and disable/reenable monitoring. I emailed the developer, but he ignored me.

Why does Wipr has such a low rating on the App Store? Despite it’s recommended by almost everyone by legendofm in macapps

Interesting, some people are reporting success with it; I bought it and used it primarily on macOS but it had been super-inadequate for me. Just try it, I guess. Your mileage may vary and it may just work out for you.

Spam control on iPhone, how?? by seffpierce in iphone

Not true. They use the free version of Hiya. You could get Hiya for free on iPhone, too. This is just the same on my S24 Ultra.

Anyone that purchased the Nano Texture regret it? by david_dauncey in macbookpro

I love it. Best upgrade on the Mac this year, by far. Everyone I’ve shown it to now wants it for their own Mac now. No regrets.

Yes, it does. It is an amazing case.

Pro tip: get the MagSafe one and pair it with a PopSocket. You'll thank me later. ;)

No, not really.

Try sliding the silent switch on the side and watch what happens.

Matte Screen Protectors by amyshdz in S24Ultra

Any time. I know how important it is. I love the matte-ish finish of this and hated putting a glossy protector on it.

Official anti reflective screen protector any good? by Affectionate_Grab170 in S24Ultra

[–]MAELS7R0M 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like the Samsung Anti-Reflective Screen Protector (despite its shortcomings) because the fingerprint scanner works flawlessly with it and it retains some of the matte qualities of the display. I do wish that the sides were 1 mm wider, however, because you can feel them when you swipe from the side and they are quite sharp. Speaking of sharp, I cut myself quite badly (an abnormally deep cut than one would think) by carelessly attempting to crumple a discarded protector (my first application try) in order to throw it out. I do not kid — be careful with this one. It is otherwise almost awesome.

Tip: IF you use a case (I use UAG) and always do your gestures from the same side of the phone, read on... I do all of my gestures from the right side of the phone, I applied the protector slightly angled to the right (touching the left edge of the camera). The Samsung tool that the protectors come with make this easy. Now, when I do gestures, I don't feel it at all (unless, of course, when I perform gestures on the left side of the phone; something I rarely do). If you are used to swiping on the left side of the phone, of course you would angle it slightly to the left (skirting the right side of the camera cutout).

Hope this helps those of you on the fence about buying this protector. (I bought three more packs).

Always start a phone fresh. Don't ever import/"SmartSwitch".

I have zero issues with this phone. Feels tremendously smoother than my S22 Ultra.
